A long term member of the North Shore Department of Surgery, I have been part of the growth and development of general surgery on the Shore for the last twenty years.

Membership of professional/other bodies

I am the senior medical advisor to the Northern Clinical Training Network. I hold a clinical Associate Professorship from the University of Auckland and consult for the Medical Council of New Zealand on matters of competence. I advise the ACC as an independent clinician.
